Why we built this
Crew jobs are scattered across ten agency boards plus closed WhatsApp groups, the good ones go before the listing ever surfaces, and unpaid or outright fraudulent posts mix in with the rest. The pain isn’t finding listings. It’s finding the ones that are current, paid, and from a real source — and not getting burnt by the rest.
TopCrew exists to fix that. We don’t replace the agencies — they remain the point of contact for every role they post. We aggregate, source-check, and let crew run a season’s job hunt from one place.

Every job on TopCrew links back to its original public source. Your saved roles, notes, draft replies and follow-ups stay on your account — never shared, never sold. If you delete your account, your hunt history goes with it.
